Subscription Policy

If you purchased a subscribe & save item you understand that you have opted in for recurring shipments & your card will be charged based on the frequency you selected.

Please note: We require a minimum of 2 cycles before we can cancel your monthly subscription. 

Once your 2 cycle minimum has been completed, we are happy to cancel the subscription for you, provided the request is received at least 3 days prior to your order being processed.

Membership Policy

If you purchased a membership you understand that you have opted in for recurring payments & your card will be charged based on the frequency you selected.

Please note: Monthly memberships can be cancelled 3 days before the membership expires. Yearly memberships cannot be cancelled once purchased. You can always opt out of auto renew.
